Well hello there. I’m Anna, founder of Fitness Grains. I know how inaccessible, unobtainable and daunting a lot of fitness and wellbeing offerings are. I’m on a mission to change that by going against the grain.
Fitness is a huge part of my life as it’s both a hobby and my job, but it isn’t my whole life (not anymore anyway but that’s a different story). I’m no longer consumed by exercise and what I ‘should’ be doing. I now do it purely for my own enjoyment and it’s so freeing.
I’m so passionate about finding fitness that works for you, so that you enjoy exercise without comparing yourself and your journey to anyone else’s. Life can be stressful and fitness should be the fun bit!

These packages include: 4 or 8 one hour sessions per month, additional resources, frequent check ins and unlimited WhatsApp support. 6 month package also includes bespoke online programming. 30 minute sessions available (virtual only).

For my fellow Londoners, I have limited 1-1 in person sessions available in Ealing.

Why fitness grains was created
Having been a personal trainer for 7 years, I’ve seen a lot in my industry! After teaching a variety of classes at a top studio in London, I realised that I wasn’t fulfilled teaching classes for a studio focused heavily on aesthetics.
I look like your standard PT but I have very different beliefs to what is considered normal in the fitness industry. I’ve had my own battles over the years. I believe that when you truly find what makes fitness fun for you, that’s what makes the biggest difference to your life. No image can ever replace a feeling.
Fitness Grains was created to go against the grain. To leave the unrealistic aesthetic ideals and ‘go hard or go home’ mentality behind. To inspire you to move in a way that you enjoy and want to come back to time and time again.
